Do I have to have money to hire or pay an attorney to handle my personal injury case or can I pay that lawyer and those expenses upon completion of the case?
A
This firm has been representing injured persons for over 50 years. We handle all personal injury cases on a "contingency" fee basis. This means that we do not charge any upfront fee and only charge a fee if there is an award or recovery in the case. In this regard, our fee is ultimately a percentage of what we are able to recover for our clients either by settling out-of-court or winning at trial. While the majority of personal injury law firms charge a 40% fee for their services, this firm still charges 1/3 or 33 1/3 % regardless of whether suit is filed. Additionally, we will pay for the ordinary expenses of such a case (i.e. obtaining medical records and reports; hiring private investigators and liability experts; filing lawsuits; etc). Our position regarding our "contingency" arrangements reflects our confidence in our client's cases.

If I am unable to get to your office, can you come to me?

Where there are special circumstances involved, we will arrange for one of our attorneys to visit you at your home or in the hospital to discuss your potential personal injury and/or workers' compensation case.

What are your office hours?

Effectively, normal office hours are 7 days a week. If we are not available right away, just leave a message, and we will be back to you A.S.A.P. Appointments for Saturday mornings or in the evening on weeknights are also available.
